Pune Cluster - Pune

The Pune Cluster had savings of Rs 108 Lakhs with improvement in ITR from 9 to 15 and VAPCO from1.8 to 5.7. The Floor space utilization went up from Rs 6363/- per sq.mtr to Rs 10525/- per sq.mtr. Customer returns and in process rejection dramatically reduced from 88264 ppm to 1523 ppm and 45429 ppm to 17381 ppm respectively.
