Crompton Greaves Limited Vendor Cluster - Nashik

In the first OEM Cluster at Nashik, in which 30 vendors of CGL participated by forming three clusters. They had accrued enormous benefits and more than 20 companies reported improvement of VAPCO more than 6, ITR more than 15, Delivery Schedule was improved by 98%. Customer returns were reduced from 5491 ppm to 1043 ppm and In Process Rejection were reduced from 14535 ppm to 5063 ppm. The number of kaizens implemented were 5336.
