The Coimbatore heterogeneous cluster was successfully completed after 18 months of the implementation of programme. This cluster has reported an outstanding achievement of reduction of accident severity and frequency by 99% and 94% respectively. It has also achieved Reduction in lead time and In process Rejection by 77% and 75% respectively.
